Privacy notice
Truelove Developments Ltd (company 08188464, ICO ZC059002), The Office, 15 West Avenue, Filey YO14 9AA, runs InvoiceCollect.
For our website, accounts, the calculator and marketing, we are the controller. We rely on contract to run your account and on consent for marketing.
If you are contacted about an invoice: the business you owe is the controller and we are its processor. It relies on legitimate interests to pursue an undisputed business invoice. We use business contact details only, from the creditor and Companies House. We contact you no more than once a day within the published hours, and stop automatically on a dispute, insolvency, a no-contact request, or a reported payment. You can object, or ask for access or erasure, by writing to privacy@invoicecollect.co.uk. We will pass the request to the creditor. We keep case records for 6 years after the case closes. You can complain to the ICO.
Subprocessors: Netlify, Supabase, Resend, ClickSend, Meta (only after advertising consent), Intelliprint and Stripe. Where Netlify, Supabase, Resend, Meta or Stripe process data outside the UK, they do so under the UK IDTA or an adequacy regulation.
We ask for your email before we show the result. If we can chase the invoice and you tick the reminder box, we send up to 5 emails over 14 days if you have not paid. The first is about an hour later. Each email has an unsubscribe link. Untick the box and we do not send them. Payment or unsubscribe stops the emails. If we cannot chase the invoice, that email is used only to tell you if that changes, and that email has an unsubscribe link. An email entered only to pay is not added to those reminders. If you opt in to "Send me tips on getting paid faster (4 emails over 4 weeks, unsubscribe any time)", we store that text and the time, and we send those 4 emails. Each one has an unsubscribe link.
The Meta pixel loads only after you accept advertising cookies. It is not loaded on pages addressed to the debtor. Lead and Purchase events do not include the invoice figures.
Debtor-facing pages do not load advertising tools.
